my neighbour has a galah who looses his feathers every winter then feathers up in the summer.she cant figure out why?i have a female galah who doesn't clean herself anymore,since my husband passed away she has been mourning him and stopped .I ended up having to bath her.she loved him and would sit on his pillow when he was ill for hours and its been more than two years now and while I can handle her she still isn't the same bird.jacko used to lay eggs on his lap ,fuuniest thing I ever saw. has anyone else ever seen a bird grieve like this?
