Scared lorikeet

Hello I found a baby lorikeet approximately 4 weeks old in December last year. We had a great bond and loving relationship untill a couple of weeks ago when the dog scared her, and now she is terrified of me. I have tried everything to re bond with her but to no avail. She flaps in fear when I  come anywhere near her. I miss my little friend. Can anyone help me?
