I have just brought a pair of quails one is a light grey and the other is a dark brown with white markings around face There are various breeds of Quails. Do you know what breed of quails they are? For example if they are King quails, you may have two boys! A photo would help however the person you bought them off would have said the breed name to you. |

Sounds like they may be King Quails, with the dark brown being a male, but a photo would help.
