URGENT is this cage ok for a cockatiel?

Hello! Iv'e been wanting a cockatiel for quite a long time now, and the other day i saw the most gorgeous little guy at the pet store! Hand tamed and so so loving, he has a birth defect in one eye, its a bit squinty but he can still see- so there selling him very cheaply, i just couldn't resist! I put a lay buy on him, and rushed home to find a cage, i found this one, im not sure if its ok, its a bit rusty, but an awesome size for a cockatiel, just wondering what you guys think?
