I found a baby scaly breasted Lorikeet in my back yard I had cut up banana, apple ,and orange in a bowl and he didn't touch it I was woundering if it is legal to own a scaly breasted Lori in Australia and do I have to hand feed him and how much of the liquid nectar stuff do I feed him and how often ,also is there poo meant to be runny I put a photo up Attachments:

Evening Re keeping lorie in Australia yes you can keep them as a petI. Depends What state you are in to if you need a licences or not
Re food how old does it look does it have all its feathers ? You might be as well just popping to the vet for them to have look at it
It could be in pain so that is why it's not eating also it may not be eating due to it not know what you have put in the cage you woukd be better to go to pet shop and get some nectar and try it on that also you can get different thing to help it return to it health self ask at the pet shop try stick to vetfarm brand there the safest
Lori poo is runny due to the necta diet
