Walking this morning I came across what I think is a pale headed Roxella sitting on the road, not knowing anything about birds I did not know if it was injured or just a baby, could not see any nesting The head is still not covered with feathers. How do I care for the bird and what do I need to know to help this poor fellow. Please advice
