baby budgie splay legs and stuck on its back?!

Hi guys!

New to the forum - trying to find a way to fix my first ever baby budgie.

Poor little fella has splayed legs and now his laying on his back

how to fix it?! He (?) was born on the 21st of october and still isnt sitting like a little budgie on his feet.
He is being fed and seems in great health other than his splay legs and laying on his back...

You will need to treat it as soon as possible. The make-up sponge method works great. if the chick is too small try medical tape, paper tape is good.

Young pink chicks wont start off sitting up and wont be able to move its self around like walking yet.They often spend time on their backs for being fed.
It's possible it's not splayed legs and just normal for being only 4 days old.
