So we have been handed a juvenile sized cockatoo it is missing all feathers but on end of wings and has feather stumps all over now wildlife rescue said if handed over they will put him down now he is eating not lethargic acting like a normal bird. My question is can I save it any hits it seems lazy off them to not try and help without looking at it I have a pic but can't see to post it here
