Indian Ringneck Aviary Questions! Please Help!

Hi, I was thinking about putting in two hand raised Indian Ringneck parrots into our outdoor aviary (the measurements are 3 X 3 meters wide and 4 meters tall).

I was curious as to know, if we have two hand raised Ringnecks in the outdoor aviary together, and with daily attention, will we be able to maintain the bond between them and people, so that they won't be scared around us and will be comfortable enough to step up onto our arm?

If someone could so kindly let me know their opinion, that would be great thanks!

That would be fine to do,giving daily attention will still maintain the bond you have with them,the Irn get funny around breeding season anyway
