Hi there! Moved to Syd more than a year ago from the states, I was devastated not to be able to bring my birds with me. My green check and pionus are still living stateside with my mum but a need feathery cuddles. In addition to those two birds I have experienced owning tiles and budgies. I've always been interested in rosellas, bourkes and princess parrots. I like cuddly, semi quite handraised birds who love to shoulder sit and have head cratches and chats. I've narrowed it down to possibly another riel or green check but am tempted to try something new. How cuddly are princess parrots? I'm asking about natural inclinations, I would be getting a handraised just weaned youngling. Also knowing rosellas and bourses to be more nervous and fragile can they also be acclimated to being cuddly shoulder buddies or should I just get a green cheek? TIA!
