hi there. I'm new to the forum and new to breeding red rumps, I'm picking up a pair this afternoon and am trying to find out the hens mutation. Her eyes don't look red though I only have the photos to go off until I pick them up. Maybe a pallid? And the person I'm getting them from bred them last year and there was one chick the same as the mum and 2 like the dad. Does this mean that the dad is hiding a trait?
