As gifts I have been given a Princess Parrot (Stormy) and a Cockatiel (Elsa)
Elsa is approx. 6 months old and the most recent addition to the family and it seems that Stormy may have taken a liking to her.
He is approx. 2 years old. He performs a little when he is 'in the mood. When he does this we have named him Michael Flaply.
He is regurgitating to feed her, does a hop then dances for her. This is on repeat whilst his little fluffy crown is up and he cutters softly.
He is usually quite loud.
Afterwards since all she wants is him to scratch her head. He seems to...get sulky.
I am at a loss as to what to do.
Is this unhealthy for the two of them.
Should I separate?
IS this courtship or sibling like?
