Can't wait to see that pic!!! I have been consideing putting my pastelface male with my wf platinum pearl pied hen.....but I think he needs a bit of a break after all these chicks! I guess I will make up my mind after I see your pic! Thanks for the wishes for Tuesday i am counting on you! I have a feeling one eggs isn't fertile so if I get another yellow and the rest are white its 50/50 so I can't complain. Jo-Anne

Males can handle themselves better than hens as far as recovery go, the only problem is seperating them as long as he doesn't hear her it wouldn't be bad but if he can hear her and after sharing a large clutch together there bond would have grown even tighter and make it harder to bond to another hen.Hope for a male Pastelface chick being split to those all those possibilities gives you a great oppurtunity to breed Pastelface in Lutino and Platino (if you partner this chick to a Wf Plat hen) and other combinations good luck

Wow! Frank they sure are eager to increase your numbers aren't they! They sure look beautiful Mum didn't mind the two babies coming back in? When I had budgies years ago a couple tried that and got turfed straight back out of the box! Karen

Hi Karen you know in Tiels most mums will bond to their offspring forever but the dads let any young eager son know whose the boss but generally overall Tiels are placid. :)Cheers Frank
