Hi Rubberducky we get some very hot weather here in Victoria and the Tiels seem to cope well! Sometimes the temp reaches 42c or approx 108 in your scale.A little misting with a spray bottle helps! cheers Frank

Hi Rubberducky, it can get pretty hot here in Adelaide as well, so my dear hubby has installed spray mists to all my aviaries, so when it starts getting hot & the birds are starting to pant a bit, we can switch on the tap, & cool them down a bit. Don't know if you have it there but also shade cloth, above the aviaries helps to keep them a bit cooler. My birds all seem to cope better than we do with the heat. ;D ;D Cheers Anna
