my new baby tiel Sherbet.. he is a whitefaced cinammon pearl and is 8 weeks old and hand reared.. he is just gorgeous and settling into his new home, he's very timid right now but when we met him he was whistling and so alert and responsive so we are 95% sure he is a he!

Hi Jo good to see your back on track with birdies and a great selection too! Sherbert is also a pied so the definition reads Whiteface-Cinnamon-Pearl-Pied, Also dont be surprised if he turns out to be a she as at this age its very hard to tell the sex. My money at this stage is on a she lol but have some great fun ;D cheers Frank

What a beautiful bird Jo. Congratulations of your new fid. My next pair of cockatiels are going to be whitefaced. Now you've got me really interested in the cinn.p.p variety! They're so pretty. PLease give Sherbet a cuddle from Auntie Maggie x

Hi Jo, He is definitely a pied. If he wasn't a pied the cinnamon pearl would be all over his back and he wouldn't have white crest feathers. You can see distinct cinnamon pearl areas and separate white areas...that is what denotes a pied. Jo-Anne
