Hi Bruce as far as I am aware their is only rumours of such varieties in Australia and being sexlinked they would decline in price pretty rapidly I would think somewhere around $1000 for the first varieties and halving in price each season from then on! goodluck and let me know if you have any luck cheers Frank!

Hi Bruce have to agree with Frank, I have heard rumours that they are here in SA but until I actually see one then that is all it is a rumour. I'm sure one day very soon you are going to be seeing plenty of them, so best to wait till the price comes down & also till the quality of the stock is good. Like most of the newer mutations when it first starts out sometimes through line breeding the size of the bird is greatly reduced & their can be health problems as well. Just my thoughts only. Next time I happen to run in to the guy that whispered in my ear about the yellowcheeks I will be sure to ask about price. Cheers Anna
