A simple answer for you Dean NO, love birds do chirp a bit but a single bird is no where as noisy as a Ringneck. ;D

what about 6 lovebirds compared to 4 ringnecks, as long as they dont have a loud high pitched screech then they shuld be fine?

No they are still not as loud as Ring necks.
