Well, just like John and Nova i have too found a baby rainbow lorikeet. He/She still has the black on its beak and can't fly (yet). He/She also doesn't have a tail feather. I have decided to call it Lucky because i found it in my neighbour's dogs mouth! It is lucky to be alive but it is taking food from me so things are looking good. When it is old enough and is a confident flyer i will release lucky back into the wild but for now lucky is staying with me. I will try my best to get some photo's for you who are interested.

Beleive me Jeremy there is nothing more rewarding than than getting the little one to the point where it can fend for it's self and then returning it to the wild. Well done on the rescue and Lucky sure was Lucky ;D
