After read Robert's article(Thank's Robert ) Thought l would share this video of Lorikeets being aggressive This was taken last Summer and no harm was done in this video for the Lorikeet to the left was Lorrie and she just fell onto the grass as she does alot not being able to fly and then they all flew off for l moved in.. ;D img532.imageshack.us/my.php?image=mov01778hh0.flv

I am guessing it was lorrie being picked on Greg?? It looks aggressive but this is how the birds sort themselves out. Even chooks fight ........ they have a pecking order too. I have actually seen 2 of my hens fighting like males......flluffed up and jumping at each other with their feet.

I think all birds go through it to establish their place in the flock. Lorikeets play rough at the best of times and their aggression can seem much worse than it is. The noises they make often make it seem very serious LOL

..lol..yes Lorrie has bounced now.. when ever Lorikeets land on the play ring Lorrie and Coco are quick to tell them "on your bike fellows", oops! mean't to say wings Yes, the noise they make when there are having a group tussle is loud..

you can tell lorry as she is not the aggressive one. They looked like they were all hungry lol
