Hen with a ring around her neck

Ok for all you expert ringneck breeders out there I have a very tricky question. I have a blue ringneck hen that I have breed last year and she has half a ring around her neck.. I will take a picture for anyone that is curious and post here. Anyway, for the experts, what is going on with her. I have seen ringnecks get a slight ring but this one is very dark....
I am very interested in finding out..
I am wanting to sell her after this season but I will find it very hard due to her having this ring

Funnily enough Bells has one too.
Her head is a very different colour to the rest of her body, rather grey in colour whilst the rest is definatly blue, her ring is whiteish though
