Hi Everyone, I have a Gouldian cock that has developed a problem with one of his claws. The front toes have folded back under his foot in such a way that it can now only be described as a 'club'. He certainly isn't making any attempt to use it and is struggling to stand on one leg only. I'm wondering whether he's got it caught somewhere on the cage and has broken a bone however there doesn't appear to be any external injury to confirm whether it's been damaged....... no skin off/ or damage
Anybody got any other ideas ?
Cheers

It sounds very much like it has hurt the foot Viraba I had the same thing happen with one of my Love Birds and it stood on the one foot until it healed, I would adopt a wait and see attitude keep an eye on it these type of injuries usually heal them selves over time.
