These 2 canary babies need names so I am after suggestions. They sadly lost their 2 siblings after they were attacked by ants about 5 days ago in the aviary and lost dad while I was trying to get the ants off them and both parents escaped. Managed to get mum back but after the shock of being chased by about 10 Kurrawongs and me high jumping a 6ft fence to save her she decided that parenthood as a single mum wasn't for her. Anyway these 2 are quite fun and doing really well now. One with the cap is the little adventurer and checks everything out after I have fed him...almost tumbling off table on several occassions.Other 1 is a tad quieter but loves his food. I am unsure of their sexes (not looked yet) so names that will fit either sex would be great.

Ok if the little caped one is a boy and he likes to explore things.......what about Bourke or Wills.........I prefer Bourke though. I will keep thinking about the other one.

I also thought of Captain & Teneil if they are boy and girl.

Must admit I do like Burke and Wills ...even had that 1 one my head.
2 of my rescue canaries are named Bondi and Rose...they came from Nth Bondi and not far from Rose Bay.
The parents names of these 2 are/were Bonnie and Banjo.

Om they are now named....Wills is the yellow 1,also short for wilhemnia and friar cis the "capped" 1 for obvious reasons and I hated monk . So Tracey if Wills gets sick you are his/her godparent and Wills expects you to assist with ALL care...hehehehehe (he chirped it to me)
