Hi all I was wondering if anyone has had experience with combining Pheasants in an aviary that has King Quail in it ?

the pheasants will eat the quail, or beat them to death, the only small ground birds that can be kept with pheasants are Buff Banded Rails, you can try but i reckon they will kill them

Yep I would agree that the pheasants would kill the quail....would love some pheasant eggs to try hatching out though LOL

Thanx for the advise guys. I will certainly follow it. I just thought they may have been a nice combination. Apparently it would be a bit one-sided tho. I got another 2 eggs last week so Iwill take them down to my friend's incubator to see if they are viable. The cock is driving her mad at present,I think she has a few headaches
