Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that my cockateils have been sitting on three more eggs and should hatch in a week or so. My pigeons are also sitting on 2 eggs and they should be hatching in a week. My pigeons will keep breeding all through summer and will stop when they want to as their breeding season goes all year round, but mostly in summer.
In the school holidays I am also going to get a lutino peach faced and a pair of canaries, I might even get a pair of red rumps to add some colour to my aviary.

Yeah I am quite busy, for most of the week days I'm at school and only really got time to spend time with my birds on weekends and after school. It's the last week of school next week and will have the whole holidays to spend time with my birds, then its back to school in year nine.

good luck wiht your quails roxy..this year is the first time I have had any luck with them... the mum is sitting on 12 eggs again now and they should be hatching within the next week or so...waiting...waiting!! good luck with all of your birds |

Great news guys, my pigeons eggs have hatched!!! I hope they are some more white ones. I will try to take pics of them tomorrow.

The cockateil eggs have also hatched as well as some little chicken chicks that are sooo cute. I don't think my qauil is sitting on the eggs anymore, but I think I have enough babys right now.
