Hi Bill i have done some Line Breeding wouldn't recomend to anyone unless they are very confident with the line they are using breeding Mother to son and Father to daughter is very risky. Some great results have been achieved but the the bad reults are heart breaking The cock that was partnered to the hen was he a Lutino or a split :)Frank

You mean Frank Bill why i ask as a split breeding to lutino is ok but i wouldn't breeed Lutino to Lutino as it tends to enhance the bald splot. He must be split Lutino to produce Lutino hen also sounds like he is split to cinnamon or cinnamon pearl too>he is a candidate to put to a wface hen to produce Albino's in many formats or even better a Whiteface Platinum Pied Hen which will throw some wface and normal Platinos cheers Frank

Bill I wouldn't be comfortable if i said yes as not only is it unwise to breed Lutino to Lutino you are also compounding the problem by line breeding I would be looking towards an Aunty or a Nephew for these birds Frank

It would be perfect if you put mum to a nephew if possible that is split lutino, if not then look for the auntie Frank
