www.dnasolutions.com.au DNA SOLUTIONS will match the South African company MDS (or any other) ($15.90 per bird). Just call 1800-000-362 and will send out free blood kits. Result are in 2-5 days. If you want to sex by feather (easier), then that costs around $20.

The lady who bought Harley and took him last weekend told me about them and she is going to use them. She said she has heard of complaints of MDS actually losing the samples??? I will have to remember them when I need to dna the alex's this year.

It doesn't matter which feather......but honestly taking the blood sample is not hard.
Did you say you were in Brisbane?? I know a lady there (alexandra hills) who might dna the chick for you (you pay her of course because the test does cost money). she might have a few chicks to dna although the breeding season is almost over so she might have already finished. But the more chicks to dna at the same time, the cheaper the cost. One chick though is just over $16.00 with mds (I know because that is who I used for Rikki and I dna'd him at 10 days and he is only 6 weeks old now).

pm or email me and I will see if i can help you out. Failing that we are possibly.......possibly.....not 100% sure yet......coming to Brisbane to look at Transportable homes.........if you are within reasonable driving range of where we might be then I might be able to come over and do it for you. But I am sure if I can dna my chicks........then anyone can lol

Just a question does anyone know which feathers you have to pull if you do feather testing? Some sites say only a few little breast feathers and others say they have to be longer then 2 inches? I'm thinking of getting my little GCC done just to know.
