Well, breeding season is well underway for me !! I now have 4 pairs of red-rumps on eggs
Pair 1 - Normal\ lutino\ Cinnamon (C) with Cinnamon (H)
Pair 2 - Blue Opaline\Lutino (C) with Blue Opaline (H)
Pair 3 - Blue\ Cinnamon\ Opaline (C) with Lutino (H)
Pair 4 - Opaline\ Lutino (C) with Lutino (H)
I have another pair still to go down. Normal\ Lutino\ Blue\ Pied (C) with Blue (H)
My reckoning is that from these matchings I may get:
Pair 1 - COCKS - Normal\ lutino\ cinnamon, Normal\ lutino, Normal\ cinnamon, Cinnamon\ lutino and Cinnamon.
HENS - Normal, Lutino, cinnamon.
Pair 2 - COCKS - Blue Opaline, Blue Opaline \ lutino HENS - Blue Opaline, Albino
Pair 3 - COCKS - Normal\ blue\ lutino, Normal\ blue\ lutino\ cinnamon, Normal\ blue\ lutino\ opaline, Normal\ lutino\ opaline HENS - Cinnamon\ blue, opaline\ blue, normal\ blue, cinnamon opaline\ blue .........question whether these would be the other way around ??
Pair 4 - COCKS - Normal\ luino\ opaline, Lutino\ opaline HENS - Opaline, Lutino Opaline
Haven't worked out the possibles for pair 5 ........got a head ache !! What do the experts think ??
Cheers Viraba

Yeah, but there's always a something out of left field !!! The 4th pairing here has produced only one chick and it looks like a BLUE !!!!!!! (or maybe blue opaline!). So my cock bird is also split blue (I think ??) ...or maybe the hen (or both !!)
Must have been too much for the experts as well I reckon as you're the only reply !!!!!!!!
