I have owned my red sided girl (eclectus) for 15 months now and she is 19 months old. She eats mostly fresh fruit and veges, like apples, paw paw (when in season and on my trees), nectarines, apricots, watermelon (obviously xmas time at the moment), bananas, passionfruit. I freeze the passionfruit so I still have some when out of season. She loves the seeds out of pumpkin, rockmelon and passionfruit. She gets tomatoes, snow peas, sweetpotato (cooked and raw), mashed potato, pumpkin - anything I put in her cage. She gets seed a couple of times a week with her fresh food. I also keep frozen veges in the freezer for when supplies get low and also for a variety. She loves cooked popcorn (especially if I put it in a brown paper bag with other little surprise goodies). she loves pizza, pasta, lasagne, spagetti, fried rice, cooked brown rice with curried mince (all home cooked). Basically she is the pig of the birdworld. The only thing she does not get is avocado and chocolate or alcohol (I hate to share some of that stuff anyway ;D)
My baby alex eats similar except she has seed always available. Oh both birds love pine nuts, and other nuts like almonds, walnuts, macadamias etc. I give skye a cooked chicken bone every couple of weeks also and when Rani realises what it is and uses her foot to hold things she will get one also. they get boiled egg with the shell on cut in half (half each) every couple of weeks also. There is probably more that they get but that is basically it. Oh when my vege garden is growing they get fresh stuff out of there also.
Oh I also make a bean and rice mix which I freeze so I just take out what I need for them every couple of days.
