hey just wondering if anyone knew some things to feed my quaker 'Quazy' i give him small parot mix 50%, fruit & nut mix 30% and parrot pellets 20% as a stable he also gets a little bit of what i'm eating like porridge ,cakes, biscuits and some fruit like bannana and apple ( very spoilt little bird but u can't help it) I want to give him more variety especially a bit more fruits and veges but i don't know what

hi be carefull of the sugars in the food u are eating natural sugar in fruits are much healthier for the little fellow ,now and then is fine my bessie is very spoilt and i also give her bits of what iam eating within reason bessie loves all fruit and veg eg strawberries grapes apples orange (she hates banana) she loves bok choy silver beet celery mashed potato pumpkin cucumber tomato peas beans the list goes on she also loves nuts in the shell seeya
