Hi
I am really confused with these three veggies...carrot, sweet potatoes and pumpkin....do I give these to my birds raw or should I cook these and perhaps even puree???
Thanks for any info!!! xo

mine get both........just depends on whether I have left over food from our dinner (ie...... I cooked too much and didn't dish it all up) or whether I just cut it up and put it with whatever I am putting together for them uncooked. My birds love the pumpkin seeds too ..... raw ...... although apparently you can bake them in the oven for a while too. The sometimes get mashed potato mixed with mashed sweetpotato and whatever else I decide to put into it.

I pretty much give fruit & veg raw to my birds. Didn't think about cooking them till I read about it. Might give it a go. Tasha
