here i am innocently playing with my new toys...which i really love..but this bright cotton one makes my tongue and beak blue..that makes mummy laugh hehe  then all of a sudden i see a bright flash..so i go to investigate this is me climbing out from my cage...  the flashing is still happening...so i step out onto the door...(aren't i just soooooo brave!!)  Argh it's STILL going...mummy is there but i don't know what she's doing..i'm FREAKED!!  I've got an idea maybe if i hide here in my toys, it will stop..hehe..good plan Monty  P.s the flashing is me taking photos of him  |

Great photos there Jo..But one thing,I dont like rope toys much..To many birds have been trapped in them...You also have to what out for ring toys as well...If they can fit in them,they could get stuck..Make shore that they are very large so that they dont get stuck..And if Monty is geting a blue beck,That doesnt sound very good...I dont like toys that have been dyed...(Even if they say vegetable dryed)..And if you have to have rope toys..Use natural (not cotton) one I like which they will not get tangled up in is sasil rope..straw ropes types are ok...

Thanks for the advise motherhen but he loves that round wooden and rope one..he never even hops in the middle of the circle..believe me..i tried to get him to use it as a swing..but he hates swinging :S and it's his sleeping buddy..he sleeps there each day..so i would feel mean taking it away. i find i like the coloured cotton toys because the white ones are too boring...he is alone 8 hours a day and needs to be entertained  they see vivid colour like us..i wouldn't like to play with a dull toy |
