Hi Ollie nice birds, little query though I believe Lacewing is a sex linked gene and if my understanding is correct a hen cannot be split to lacewing it either is or isn't cheers ;D Frank

Yes Bill, Sounds like a good idea!!! I have a huge chicken run here with good wire they would love it. I could let Polly visit. Graham they are about 3 years old and cost Tooooo-much but they are worth it.

Well Frank I finally rang the breeder and what I've got is cock blue split cinnamon, hen pastel blue split cinnamon or skyblue. Does that make more sense.

Sorry bev but the hen cannot be split cinnamon as it is a sexlinked gene so i dont think the breeder is well up with his genetics sorry Frank

OK Frank I have had a look where I wrote it down and the hen is just plain sky blue so it's me wrong not the breeder. Hope that makes sense. Bev
