here is the first pic of my baby rainbows they are only 2 days old and one of dad
mum took off down the log as soon as i went near the cage

Love the babies! - Dad looks rather curious too! Just wondering what substrate have you got in the nest?

i use a mix of sieved shell grit and crushed dried gum leaves
there is some shells in there from the perants and i dont want to disturb them ( being first time perants ) to get them out just yet
i did notic the perants playing with them as they come in the shell grit i get and place in the bottom of the cages
