Red tailed black cockatoo "caltptorhynchus banksii banksii" he is a young cockbird, 2 years old in march next year.

He certainly is a beauty, will he develop blacker feathers as he gets older. Sorry for my ignorance but I am not familiar with the breed, except for the ones I have seen in the wild.

He is a black cockatoo??? You lucky person, many years ago I would have given my right or left arm or leg to own one of them..................might have to save a bit more money for that one.
