Hi folks, I joined a while ago but have just decided to introduce myself. I am retired and spend heaps of time with my birds. I have a long billed corella with attitude named Max, an olive rainbow lorikeet named Ollie who's a darling. In the aviaries I have 2 pairs cockatiels, 2 pairs princess, 2 pairs musks, 2 pairs scalies, 1 pair ringnecks, 1 pair galahs and 1 pair rainbows. WE live on acreage and have several nest boxes on the property for the wild birds. Usually breeding each year are kookaburras, pale headed rosella, galahs, wood ducks and rainbows lorikeets plus several others that call in to say hello all the time. I hand raise some of my babies but have only been doing thid a year or so since I retired. Oh and we also have 11 chooks that are very tame and come when I call them. You could say I'm a bit of a bird nut. Bev
