Hi Skittles and welcome to the forum,Sounds like your family is a busy place, caring for animals is a passion that requires a lot of heart and faith and seems to me you have been born and bred into that field which leads me to believe you will one day make a fantastic vet. In Victoria and especially here in Melbourne we have only 2 recognised Avian Vets,so pursue your career as i,'m sure you will be a great vet cheers Frank

Welcome Skittles,
You certainly have high aspirations and I wish you the absolute best in achieving them. Like yourself, I am a newbie to this forum. However, I have already chatted with a number of incredibly knowledgeable and friendly members. Should you have any questions, feel free to ask. You'll be bombarded with answers and opinions.

You are very welcome here Sammy. We are always willing to give good friendly advice here at AussieBirds so if you need any help with your birds don't be afraid to ask, It's always great to see teenagers taking an interest in aviculture.

Hi Sammy and a big welcome from me too, you'll get lots of great info here on the forum, any questions at all just ask. Also that's great to hear that you want to be an avian vet, I only know of one really good one myself, so yes, work hard toward your aims and get your name up there with the best.
