Welcome and we look forward to hearing more about you and your lovely sounding birdie family. My understanding is Gang Gangs don't make real good pets either, but they are lovely looking birds. Galahs are beautiful pets. I had one for 15 years until she passed away suddenly.

wow you would cry at the prices we pay for some of our native birds. Not all are cheap though but probably cheaper than what you would pay. ;D

I am considering buying a handraised redtailed black 'too next year and he will only cost me $1500 with a dna cert. Still expensive but not as expensive as over there ;D I am surprised anyone can afford to have one as a pet over there.

Wow Megan those babies must be so cute Pam, I'm not sure if there are any I'll try and find out and let you know Australia hasn't allow any imports of birds for many many years so we are unable to get many species. Ironically pigeon people are able to import pigeons Strange system here.
