Haha I know what you mean, Wilsta. To me, it would be like calling all other birds by their types, but deciding Alexandrines are just "parrots". XD

I know what you mean. We only called them parakeets to satisfy the Americans who would watch our video. We, ourselves, don't call them that in our home. When we have called them budgies to other Americans sometimes, they don't know what we are talking about! Ergh!  |

LOL yes I know that from being on forums based in the US. I did not know what they were talking about when they said parrakeet and they did not know what a budgie was. LOL

The white one that was shown (not the tiny one but not the bigger one) is what I have Anath in at the moment. I honestly don't think it's a large enough cage for her because she's not a people bird and spends most of her time in there. Unfortunately her larger cage she can squeeze out of, so while that's fine when she's inside she has to stay in the little one outside. I'm going to get her a larger cage (something like this but it's going to have to wait until I move back to Mackay. |

nice cage farseeker, that is similar if not the same as the one my canaries are in and they can't get out.
