On the weekend Jetta got her first visitor and was very well behaved. she decided to show off and play. She thought the cob of corn was her perch lol. Didnt quite work out that way. just posing showing her wings playing with the camera having a preen a lovely butt shot

yes jane, but not much. She is a smaller breed of the blacks. I got her proper sub-species name to tracey. She is a Darwin River Samueli

they are great shots Judy. she looks so graceful in flight. I dont think a flight pic of my Snuggles (budgie) would look quite as good as Jetta does!!!

I think flight shots off any size birds are excellent. I especially love the lorries in full flight as there wings are so full of colour.

I spent ages on the weekend trying to get my red wing parrot in flight because he has the most bright blue rump you cannot see unless he's flying, its like a nice surprise of colour when he takes off, if i ever get a pic I'll share it.

you can make your own play pen. Check out our bird accessories area. I have posted pics of the play pen I made, plus I think I have a post in either squark talk or photo' s of birds called "Takoda and Shrekie sitting in a tree" and I have a pic of both my alex's on the play pen or part of the play pen anyway.
