Just a curious notion I have.
After trolling petlink I have noticed that their seems to be a lot of Lime birds around, some with pretty high price tags.
Is this yet another colour OR just a normal that is fully coloured up.....I ask because I spent a lot of time in the aviaries yesterday and Zsa Zsa is a very bright lime green on her wings now after her recent moult....though as you can see in my avatar she was always pretty much this colour.
Ok folks talk to me.....LOL
Also what the hell is a Weero?

I can't answer your princess parrot question, but a Weero is just another name for a cockatiel, as far as I'm aware.

If you come from W.A Seb a cockatiel is called a weero , unique to native Western Australians A Lime bird is a colour , between a yellow and a green I think John

I said the same thing when I started going into Bird forums. What is a Weero, its a really weird name, but in my Bird Encycloepedia they call them Weeros.

Lime is mainly yellow with just a tinge of green.

LMAO Seb, I'd give you a slapping for that but you'd love that waaaaaay to much Yes, I'm weird, and loving it. Never been accused of being normal ROFL. A lot of native critters here have names that are aboriginal in origin and I think that's where weero comes from, They also get called quarrion but I haven't heard that name used for years.

I first heard of them called quarians, then cockatiels or tiels, then weeros and had no idea what a weero was until I asked the question. LOL I prefer the other names too. LOL
