Moring to you all So we all had fun ;D Yes Sam is just a wee sparrow we called him Sam Sparrow funny enough, I never in my wildest dreams would have thought that a sparrow would be so tame like Sammy, but then again he was only a few days old when I got him from the kids.....I thought that he will die anyway, sooooooo I just did my best, and to think I had him all them years ;D I no sparrows are a pest and they get around the avairy for free handouts and pass on lice and other nasty things.....but you see I have a special pang in my heart for the guys just because of Sammy, and so you see that is the main reason why I have netting all around my avairy, they can still get seeds but not get to close to the tiels ;D Yep....wee Sam was an amazing singer........he whistled much like a canary......welll not as good as a good canary....but he was pretty darn good...........god I miss the little tike Tony.........so you missed it all ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D See...now you will have to keep on your toes, because you will never no when I might pull another prank Vicki my dear......yep you did have a real good close mention early on ..........but it was such fun that I had to keep it going for a little longer ;D ;D sorry....you can get me back for it later on. Soooooooo any ideas what we can do now.....because I enjoyed all that ;D Debs

Good one Debs, nearly fell off my chair I laughed so much at the picture of the emu. You have made my day with this continuing story. I remember the guy I bought my first pair of tiels from & he had a sparrow that he had h/reared from a baby & it was very friendly. Who would have thought it would have made such a good pet. In Sam's memory I thank you for this story. Cheers for now Anna

ROFLMAO..... here i was having a quick look at all your post but couldn't wait to see what the bird was so i cheated and the first link was a tiny little bird on your finger. So i scrolled on and next one i found i leaned forward so i could have a better look at this "litttle bird" while i clicked on the link. when the pic of the emu came up it was like he was jumping out of the screen. ROFL..... ROFL you gave all a great laugh .. good one PMSL...
