It just tears you up when things like this happen, you were good to give he a home Amanda and I am sure her final days were more peaceful all because of your kind heart.

She was a DOA at the pet store.... she had developed this huge growth on the side of her face (you can just see it in the picture) and because of this she couldn't sell. I just happened to be in there the day they were planning to "write her off" so to speak and said I could give her a home. Within an hour of being in her new home she started chirping she loved the fruit and vegetables she got and adored her swing.... She was the best DOA bird I've ever recieved and we grew so very attached to her. Every morning we greeted her and she was always the first to go outside. She was very spoilt
