I did have baby firefinches and baby orange breasts, but they are no more. not sure what happened to them as all of the babies had full crops and I couldnt find anything nearby that could have scared the parents away. there was plenty of fresh green food available and live food. wasnt the heat as that is when they hatched, got me beat as to the why/how they died. I cant find any sign of mice or other unwanted pests not even any nasty insects, the quail eat anything that moves (redbacks included lol). oh well, better luck next time I hope
