Crystal Creek nothern nsw. 1 pretty little budgie, pale blue body, pale yellow head found over a week ago and nobody has claimed him. I have left messages at the 2 vets in town and with the local bird club. It is not rung. If you want him ( it looks like a male to me) let me know. I am going to need the aviary soon.

try petlinks classifieds lost and found too.............there are a lot of birdie people who advertise there.......it is an internet site.

I live too far away .............. in central Queensland. Have you tried to advertise in a local paper or trading post? We have a local "minitrader" and it costs nothing to advertise in but only $2 to buy.

Sorry not a budgie person here...but if you want a good home for him call a few nursing homes in the area or a pre school....he'll be great company for the oldies (who really want something to do) or to fascinate the kids.
Personally I'd go for the oldies...it really can help give some a sense of purpose and "being needed" once again!!
