ive had a few of these now, they are beautiful birds!
Alot of farmers around here shoot and poison the wedgies because they eat lambs and because of that during lambing season i have around 40 come in over the entire period. Alot are to far gone as strychnine (the poison they use) only takes an hour to work and even if they are given medication the damage has been done. The ones that have been shot ussually pull through as it is mostly wing injuries that occur. We built a HUGE flight for them (we converted a machinery shed ;D) it is about 30m tall and 100m (30 covered the rest uncovered) long so i think they are geting enough excersise in there until release....
