Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what was happening...I 've realized that some of the threads on here, that I have bookmarked/am subscribed to, ....I don't receive an email notification when a new post had been added to these threads. I might receive a notification about the thread for a while in the beggining but after a while it stops even though I can see new posts had been added to a bookmarked thread but no email coming, to tell me tell me there is a now post. Did all that make sense  Anyone know why this is happening? Cheers |

Kat,
Go into your message area and at the top you will see a list that says
New messages, delete all, mark as read, back uo messages, preferances.
click on "Preferences" and it will take you to another page, scroll down until you see a window that asks you if you wish to receive notification of reply, bring up yes then click on " Save Preferences " and that should fix the problem.
Failing that make sure you tick the box that to bookmark the thread before you post it.

It's doing it again....ever since there was that overnight board upgrade/update thingy....a few nights ago...I haven't been receiving emails to let me know about new posts in threads that I have bookmarked. Anyone else having this trouble??

It's still not working for me...but I think I'll try your style (Jane & Tracey) anyway...that way I don't miss out on new posts etc.

Yeah...I'm wondering if it's all got to do with that....even when I send replies via the "quick reply" box here below...it doesn't show all the emoticons etc....so I gathered it's all still recovering...but that's ok....I'm patient |
