Well I finally got around to watching them and they are lovely. The male looks like my Takoda even with the scratches on his beak ....... Takoda's ring is not so well developed yet though. ;D

How old are they until the ring starts to develop?
We assume Tweety is a boy, but a ring hasn't even showed and he (or she) is about 6-7 months old.

Takoda will be 2 in August (20th to be exact ;D ) and he only just started to get his ring during his last molt. I can just see the pink coming through. He might be starting to molt again so maybe the rest of his ring will come through now.
At 7 months he is too young for a ring ;D
