newbie: introduction me and my flock

Hi all just found this site and thought I'd check it out. I have 6 birds 3 of which I rescued from very abusive homes 2 are just the best birds now and the newest one is still a little leary but deffinatly getting better everyday she's and African Grey Congo and I've had her for 10 months. Her name is Tyco she is 5 yrs old. Then theres Fergie a Yellow crowned Amazon rescued she's 11 yrs old now. Then Luna a Fiery Shouldered Conure she's 10 yrs old also rescued. Sprout my little trouble maker that I bought as a baby is 1 1/2 yrs old then My little Wf Cocateil that someone left on my doorstep at 4 weeks old in a box with a note I hand fed and weaned him and he's 9months old now I call him baby because I still haven't found a suitable name for him. Last but not least MY newest addition a Indian ring neck that I named Raja he's 12 weeks old and I bought him from a wonderful breader. He is the reason for coming to this site I don't know much about Ringnecks except that they go through a bluffing stage and that the males get rings and the females don't Raja is Dna'd male so I can use all the info that I can get on this little guy I don't want him to have any proublems as he grows up.this is a picture of him I'll post pictures of my other birds in the photo forum in the next few days. I have to get ready for work now Tyco and Fergie are on my signature

welcome and I am guessing you are not Australian ......... only guessing 'cause you have a few amazon type birds and they are very expensive over here ;D

We actually have been having a discusion on IRN's lately in "the ringneck" section of the board. It is about a bitey female one. Check it out anyway and other threads on this board......they could be of help and I am sure Robert our "lord of the links" will post a link for you ;D (boy that is putting the pressure on your Robert ;D

Thank you for the warm welcome I look forward to meeting all of you and hearing about your flocks. you right i'm not an Aussie I'm from Canada I hope it still okay if I hang out here I am a bird lover and there are not allot of ringneck sites around so this one seems like it may be okay to learn a few things about my new baby
