as you can see mike at Aussie birds we have some fun but there is also a serious side to things as well hope you enjoy it here with us as much as we do and i must admit i am one of the miner members of the guilty party
sorry dont know to much about these birds but if you call your local parks and wildlife they will be able to give you more information on them or your local bird club will be glad to help

Ok I haven't been able to find anything  and before you all think I'm in it too, believe me I'm not  Now what happens if Mike doesn't come back we would have all had enough egg on our faces to fry the biggest Omelette in the world lol. PHEASANT PIE
Ingredients :
1 can (10.75-oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Apple cider
1 tbl Plus
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Chopped onion
1 x Clove (small) garlic, minced
1 can (4-oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 x Pheasants
Paprika
Method :
Blend all ingredients except pheasants and paprika. Pour over pheasants and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Remove cover the last 30 minutes of cooking. After 1 hour, sprinkle again with paprika.
