Great news on the lutino bubs John No good with the princesses but you are ahead of mine who haven't made any move towards their boxes at all Laraine my Turqs are only seriously working their boxes now, so yours might get into it soon

I'd love baby Turks, fingers crossed. The red rump is still sitting.....3 now I think. Also the Cinnamon X platinum (female) is sitting on 2 as well. Also 3 pairs of Tiels are sitting on eggs as well.

Just when I had given up on my Red Rumps again......I looked this morning and my Lutino has hatched a bub. She is the only one at the moment as my Platinum has given up. I put her one remaining egg under the Lutino. LOL.

Sounds like you are on track for bubs Laraine, unfortunately I found my Princess hen dead in the aviary this morning poor Bronsen, her mate, was standing by her side trying to get some response from her as she lay there and did a good job on my hand when i tried to take her away, I will get him another partner A.S.A.P and isolate them in my spare aviary.

The Lutino's are pretty, I think they will be all females, if that is how the genetics work, someone might be able to let me know. I'd like to keep them and sell the green one.

The father is a green Opaline, so am assuming that the green baby will be a male.
